DESERVED ARTIST 

On May 1, 1981, Jiří Winter was awarded the title of Merited Artist; paradoxically, despite the fact that the communist regime of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic made his life miserable, for example, for his collaboration with Miloslav Švandrlík in the book Black Barons. 

BOOK OF RECORDS 

In 2001, Jiří Winter-Neprakta was entered in the Czech Book of Records for a record number of drawings, namely 35,000 + 10,000 illustrations for books and film. The final number is not yet known. There are still new drawings, portraits and illustrations.
